Orient has introduced six new Chronograph Solar-powered models with a modern design twist to its Contemporary Collection.
Orient has added solar-powered chronograph models with in-house movement to the Contemporary Collection. The new watches are powered by converting energy obtained from sunlight and other light sources into electrical energy, so there is no need to replace batteries on a regular basis. This makes them convenient for daily use and outdoor activities when the chronograph function is used.
The chronograph feature has been added to popular models from the Contemporary Collection making them more appealing to a younger audience. They are available in metal bracelet and leather strap options. The leather strap model is inspired by the joy of motoring and evokes the luxurious interior and retro leather upholstery of classic cars, with the stitching detail further enhancing the design.
The clever design details also extend to the dial. The wedge-shaped indices are given more dimension from underneath using a diamond cut technique and mill finish on the circumference. With a distinctive mirror finishing on the case lugs and push-buttons designed for enhanced operability, the new models deliver meticulous designs and assured quality. The dial comes in the standard colours of white, champagne, navy blue and black, as well as a fresh sky blue colour. The practicality of the model makes it perfectly suited for everyday use.
